Information may still be available in back up format, although this will not be made available to other users. At DigiClann we respect the rights of everyone, and expect the same from all our users. In order to comply with this, you must abide by the following rules:

  • Do not post any confidential information on DigiClann
  • Do not tag any other users without their consent
  • Do not use any Trademarks that are similar to that of DigiClann’s without obtaining our prior written permission

DigiClann is a public forum, which means that any information you share is made public. You can choose to share some information within your select groups or zones, but your public profile (name, photograph and short bio based on key interests) will be made public to everyone.

There is some information that we collect from you which is required to confirm who you are – for example, This information is then used for the future security of your account to confirm your identity, so it is essential that you notify us of any change of phone number. If you provide us with your phone number, you are agreeing to receive text messages from DigiClann, but this information will not be displayed publicly unless you choose to make it so. If you choose to link your DigiClann account to any other social media page, like Facebook or Twitter, we reserve the right to use your public profile information on those accounts.

We may use your contact details to send you updates on our services, to prevent fraud, or to notify you of any special offers. You may choose to be unsubscribed from marketing services by following the links provided in our emails, but any communications that are essential for the security of your account and to advise you of any important updates are not possible to opt out of.

If you send us any emails we may keep these for future reference so we can help you with any account issues. You can choose to give DigiClann access to your phone book, or opt out of this if you prefer not to.

8. Deleting Your Account

If you choose to delete your DigiClann account for any reason, all you’ll need to do is follow a few simple instructions. It will be possible to reopen your account if you wish to do so within 30 days, after that period you’ll need to set up a completely new account.
